Denis Stracquadanio (1973 - )

Biography

Denis Stracquadanio grew up in a family of hard-working, rigorous people, and he was never destined to become an artist, since he also managed projects involving financial steering in technological environments.

However, the rationality of his profession has not dulled his acute sense of the pictorial interpretations of the great masters.

After a trip to New York and a visit to its many museums, Denis Stracquadanio decided to give free rein to his passion for painting.

The artist has been exhibiting his talent since 2018.

His works are part of private collections in France and Germany.

His black and abstract paintings incorporate a poetic combination of materials and movement.

The intensity of the black provided by Indian ink, through its ability to catch the light, makes it possible to create luminous and intense creations.

It is an allegory of the dark side that we all carry within us. But this essential part of our being is not fixed: light can sometimes emerge and transform us.
